Refund Policy

NexusCheats sells digital software licenses that are delivered instantly and are, by their nature, used and consumed immediately upon activation. This policy explains when a refund is and is not available. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
No refunds once a license has been used. Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, once your license key has been redeemed, activated or used, the sale is final and non-refundable.
Digital content & your right to cancel
Under UK consumer law (the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), the 14-day right to cancel does not apply to digital content once its download or use has begun with your consent. By purchasing and activating a license you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once the product has been downloaded or used.
The only exception: unfixable hardware incompatibility
The sole circumstance in which we will consider a refund is where:
- your hardware or system is incompatible with the software (for example an unsupported CPU, GPU or Windows configuration), and
- our support team has been unable to resolve the incompatibility after a genuine troubleshooting attempt with you.
In that case, provided the license has not been successfully used, we will issue a refund for the affected license. If we can get the software working on your system, or if the issue is unrelated to hardware compatibility, a refund will not be provided.
What is not eligible for a refund
- A license that has already been used, activated or redeemed.
- Change of mind, accidental purchase, or buying the wrong product.
- A game ban, detection, or the software being temporarily down for an update (see our Cheat Status page).
- Failure to read product requirements or refusal to complete troubleshooting with our support team.
How to request a refund
Before using your license, contact us through our Support page or Discord and describe the issue. Please allow our team a reasonable opportunity to help — most compatibility issues can be fixed quickly.
Chargebacks & disputes
We keep detailed records of every order, including the name and billing address provided, the IP address and device used at registration, login, purchase and download, and download timestamps. If a payment is disputed or charged back after the product has been delivered or used, we will submit this evidence to the payment provider. Filing a fraudulent chargeback is a breach of our Terms and will result in permanent termination of your account and access to all products.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales and does not affect your mandatory statutory consumer rights.
