Terms of Service & Acceptable Use

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NexusCheats website, software and services (the "Service"). NexusCheats is operated from the United Kingdom. By creating an account, purchasing, downloading or using our software you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate contact and billing information. Providing false payment or identity details is a breach of these Terms.

2. Nature of the Service

We sell time-limited, non-transferable licenses to digital software for use in single-player and multiplayer video games. Licenses are delivered digitally and access is granted immediately after payment is confirmed. Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of continued functionality, undetectability or compatibility with any game update.

3. Acceptable use

When using the Service you agree that you will not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or publish your license key, downloads or account access to any third party.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, crack, tamper with or attempt to circumvent our software, licensing or protection systems.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to harass others, or to attack our infrastructure (including fraud, carding or chargeback abuse).
• Attempt to obtain refunds through your bank or card issuer without first contacting our support (see our Refund Policy).

Breaching this section may result in immediate termination of your license and account without refund.

• Each license is tied to your account and, where applicable, your hardware, and is valid for the duration stated at purchase.
• We may update, pause or temporarily disable software following game or anti-cheat updates while we develop a fix. Status is published on our Cheat Status page.
• A license key that has been redeemed, activated or used is considered delivered and consumed.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. You authorise us to collect and retain your name, billing address, email, IP address and device information for the purposes of processing your payment, delivering your product, preventing fraud and defending against unauthorised chargebacks. 7. Activity & IP logging

To protect our customers and our business, and to comply with our payment providers, we log activity on your account — including the IP address and device used at registration, login, purchase and each download, together with timestamps. This information is used for security, fraud prevention and as evidence in the event of a payment dispute. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexusCheats' total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific license giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of game accounts, progress, virtual items or data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or abusive conduct, without refund. You may stop using the Service at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing here affects your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
