Troubleshooting Guide

Follow these steps carefully to resolve common issues.

Important: Read First

You must follow ALL steps in this guide in the correct order. Skipping steps will cause the program to fail.

Setup Instructions

1. Disable Antivirus: If you use a third-party antivirus (Avast, Norton, etc.), you must uninstall it completely. For the default Windows Defender, ensure "Real-time protection" is turned off before launching.
2. Uninstall Anti-Cheats: Make sure you have uninstalled other anti-cheat clients like FACE-IT and Riot Vanguard.
3. BIOS Settings: Restart your PC and enter the BIOS. Enable Virtualization (SVM/Intel VT-x) and disable both Secure Boot & Fast Boot.

IMPORTANT: Disable Automatic Security Features

This is the most critical step. Windows often re-enables certain security features automatically, which can block our software. We need to disable them permanently using a special registry file.

This file modifies your system registry to turn off a specific security feature that our software needs disabled to load undetected.

Download .REG File

Action Required: After downloading, run the file and accept the prompts. You MUST restart your PC immediately after for the changes to take effect.

5. Windows Settings: In Windows Security, go to Core Isolation and disable "Memory Integrity". Then, search for "Exploit Protection" and ensure all settings are turned on.
6. Extract the Loader: Create a new folder (e.g., on your C: drive) and extract the contents of the .zip file into it. Do not run the loader directly from the .zip file or from your desktop.
7. Launch Sequence: Run the loader as an administrator. Press "OK" on the dialogue box ONLY AFTER the game has fully loaded and you are on the main menu.

Error Fixes

Error 401 / 403 or "Pressing OK and nothing happens"

Still having issues? Double-check the following:

  • Did you do every step? Seriously. Go back and check every single step from the beginning.
  • Delete the .config or Settings.ini file if one was created in the loader folder.
  • Make sure you are running the loader as an administrator.
  • Try moving the loader folder to a very simple path, like C:\Test.

License Issues

If the loader shows "Can't see license" or "Invalid license", please contact support for help.

Performance Tip

Once everything is working correctly, if you experience lag or low FPS, try disabling in-game overlays like Discord, NVIDIA GeForce Experience, AMD Software, OBS, etc.
